Please know that our food vendor spaces are, as always, extremely limited. Like the artists and musicians who perform, selections made are based on many factors. We strive to have a diverse selection of unique, quality food at prices that reflect our event, leaving the traditional "fair offerings" to other events. We focus on local vendors first and foremost.
Because of the limited spaces we make available, we regrettably can't begin to take in all that seem ideal to us. We appreciate all of those who are interested in being a part of DIY.
Location fees are based on a number of factors--how much space you take up, etc.
Requirements:
All food trucks must have proof of state Health Department Inspection.
All food trucks must have Ferndale Fire Department Inspection.

Food trucks must comply with the Sustainability requirements outlined below and may need to sign a pledge provided by the City that states you will abide by the sustainability guidelines outlined below.

Important info:
Vendor is responsible for collecting and reporting any and all applicable taxes.
Vendor understands that failure to follow requirements of state, city and event may result in shut down of food vendor’s operations without refund or further obligation.
Vendor is highly encouraged to have back up staff to take their place on day of event in case of illness, personal emergency, etc. If a maker is unable to attend event for any reason, booking fee deposit is non refundable within 30 days of event.
Participant shall have the right to cancel this agreement by written notice no later than four weeks (30) days before the first day of the event to receive deposit refund minus $100 administration fee.
