Upon completion/review of this form, you will be invoiced for the 50% non-refundable deposit on your space. The cost for a Food Cart is $1,500.
Some important things to be aware of:
Load in and Load out will only be done at designated times
DIYSF does not provide infrastructure needs (tables, chairs, lights, etc). You will need to bring what you’ll need.
Your space must be returned to the same condition, void of trash, debris, etc, that you found it in when you arrived.
You will be required to get your own license to operate from OCHD. DIY does not provide licensing.
No alcohol sales are allowed. No outside alcohol may be brought into the event.
DIYSF cleans up after our guests (those enjoying your food), but you will be expected to monitor the waste you create internally (from making and preparing your food) by bringing it to the designated collection locations on the event grounds.
